Welcome to the RCS Funding request system. Funding requests can be made by any general member of the Ryerson Commerce Society for initiatives that enrich student life and involvement at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
Funding Request Procedures:
- Funding Requests must be submitted using the electronic form below only a minimum of 5 business days prior to a board meeting. (Check the upcoming events section for board meetings). Due to the high demand for funding requests, late funding requests will NOT be accepted.
- Please upload the “Funding Request Cover sheet” FOUND HERE along with any supporting documents IN ONE .PDF FILE USING THE FOLLOWING NAMING CONVENTION stugroup/stuname_fundingrequest.pdf. For example: itmsa_fundingrequest.pdf OR bobjones_fundingrequest.pdf
- When presenting, please ensure to bring enough copies (at least 15) of your supporting documents to distribute to the board during your presentation. Unfortunately, the RCS cannot print copies of all funding requests for the board. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND you refer to the presentation template to help you make a strong RCS Funding request presentation.
- Please give 3 business days notice if electronic presentation tools are required (ie: projectors, computers, etc).
- You will be contacted with a time/date to present once your request has been reviewed by the RCS VP Finance
ALREADY APPROVED FOR FUNDING AND LOOKING TO BE REIMBURSED?
Print off a Cheque Requisition Form and submit with your receipts to the RCS Office (TRS 2-145). Cheques are issues each Tuesday.
