The Ted Rogers Memorial Conference (TRMC) is a national student-run business conference that will bring in an exclusive group of students from Ryerson as well as from business schools across the country for a weekend here at the Ted Rogers School of Management. TRMC will allow students, faculty, industry professionals, and media to celebrate the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of the late Ted Rogers in addition to offering personal development sessions to the business leaders and innovators of tomorrow.
The theme for the inaugural year of TRMC 2010 is “Take risks, Embrace innovation, Defy the status quo.” This represents a concept that is easier said than done, and its importance could not be more integral to finding success both in business and in life. Over the course of three days, March 4th to the 6th of 2010, TRMC will feature keynote addresses, the Ryerson Business Forum, the DECA Ryerson Bay Street Simulations, presented by CMA and the Ted Rogers Memorial Gala — in addition to special luncheons, an etiquette dinner and evening social events.
By being apart of this historic event, you will get to embark on a memorable experience, connect with students from across the country, meet industry professionals, and take away pragmatic advice to help guide you through your chosen career paths and individual personal goals. Although the conference is geared towards 3rd and 4th year students, all years are welcome to apply.
If you are interested in attending, please apply online on our website under REGISTRATION:
